Terms of Service

The service

SaberForge generates Beat Saber maps from audio you provide. Free and paid plans have different monthly map limits and features, described on the pricing page. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SaberForge, and old enough to form a binding contract in your location.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions, billing & renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Plan limits (e.g., maps per month) reset each billing period. Unused allowance does not roll over.
• We may change prices or plan features. For changes that affect an active paid plan, we'll give reasonable advance notice by email, and where a change is material you may cancel before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

• Only upload audio you own or have the right to use. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and how you use the maps you generate.
• Don't attempt to bypass plan limits, share or resell access, reverse-engineer the service, or disrupt or overload the platform.
• Don't use SaberForge to infringe others' rights or to upload unlawful content.

Content, ownership & copyright

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and the maps you generate; SaberForge claims no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. If you believe content on SaberForge infringes your copyright, contact us at support@saberforge.io with details and we'll respond promptly.

Termination

You may stop using SaberForge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete associated data (subject to our Privacy Policy).

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

SaberForge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Generated maps may vary in quality and the service may experience downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaberForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify registered users by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use SaberForge after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where SaberForge operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
